     olk Memorial Garden's was established in 1955 to serve those
who desired a dignified and uniform setting to memorialize their loved
ones. The cemetery provides areas of interment to meet the needs
and wishes of everyone. Religious theme gardens, community mausoleums, a garden
for infants, private mausoleum estate gardens and a variety of
cremation memorializaton options are available.Alan Blevins purchased the cemetery in 1984 in order to combine the services available for families served. The Apostles Mausoleum was constructed in 1981, and the second phase of this mausoleum was added in 1996. The addition of the lake and fountain in 1997 enhanced the calm, peaceful setting of Polk Memorial Gardens. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
