Barbara Darlene Gibbs, 73, of Lawrenceburg passed away on Friday November 10, 2017 at Crockett Hospital. Barbara was born on May 7, 1944 to the late George Patterson and Loretta Patterson in Nashville, TN.
She graduated from Isaac Litton High school in 1962. Barbara was an amazing cook and gardener. She and Buddy enjoyed running an antique store for many years. She also had a beautiful alto singing voice and loved to sing in the choir. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Left behind to cherish Barbara’s memory are her husband, Harold “Buddy” Gibbs; Son, Tim (Jennifer) Gibbs; Granddaughter, Ashley Gibbs; Great Grandchildren, Ivy, Aidan, and Noah; and her very special friend, Curly.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pet Pals of Maury County, or the charity of your choice in Barbara’s name.
