Grace Marie Hernandez was born on October 6, 2017 to Carlos Hernandez and Claudia Garcia. Grace passed away a few short hours later. She was here for too short of a time.
Grace leaves behind her loving parents as well as her two brothers Cristian Garcia and Noah Hernandez and sister Lluvia Garcia.
Grace’s family will visit with friends in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia at 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 14th, 2017. Funeral Services will be immediately following at 1:00 pm also in the Chapel.
Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. Cristian Garcia will be speaking. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
