Irene A. Bellows, age 96 a resident of Beechcroft area of Spring Hill passed away on Wednesday October 15th at NHC Healthcare in Franklin, TN in the early hours of the morning.
Irene was born in 1918 to the late Joseph and Mary Kovach in Berwind, West Virginia. She spent her days taking care of family and spending time with her late husband Clarence W. Bellows. Besides spending time with her family and gathering them all in one place, Irene found joy in reading, crocheting, knitting all types of crafts and cooking. She was a profound cook, doing it often for her family gathering. Irene was of the Catholic faith.
Memorial Services will be conducted later in Connecticut.
Irene leaves behind her three daughters: Kathryn (Howard) Donahue of Naples, FL; Leslie (Everett) Tracey of Spring Hill, TN; Pamela (Joseph) Benard of Wallingford, CT; Her grandchildren: Camille Rivera, Tamara Aubin, Jason Tracey, Joshua Tracey Jordan Tracey, Joseph Benard Jr., and Rachel Lombardi. Irene is also survived by her 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her nine brothers and sisters.
