Mary Ann Love, 85, of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014 at NHC Healthcare Columbia.
Mary Ann was born to the late Frank Stockard and Jennie Shouse on August 25, 1929 in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Mary Ann was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and had volunteered many hours at Maury Regional Medical Center. She and William A. Love married on February 7, 1948. They shared a beautiful life together until his passing in 2000. Mary Ann was a member of Graymere Church of Christ.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. A celebration of life for Mary Ann will be Friday, September 12, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with Bro. John Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Mary Ann is survived by her son Garry (Betsy) Love, DDS of Columbia; daughter Amanda (Randy) Dillard of Mt. Juliet; grandsons Garry W. (Courtney) Love II, Rob Love, Jess Dillard, and Brett Dillard; granddaughter Sara Love; great-grand daughter Abby Love and Ava Love; and great-grandson Clark Adkins.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband William A. Love and her parents Frank and Jennie V. Stockard.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
