Shirley W. Castanon, age 85 of Columbia, passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Shirley was born December 9, 1929 in Rhodell, West Virginia to the late Dewey William Fultz and the late Bessie Fultz. She was the wife of the late Pete Castanon. Shirley’s family will remember the love she shared with everyone and her very open heart. Family meant everything to her, she adored her children and grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by her children Debi (Alec) Watson of Columbia, Jackie (Allan) Howarth of Florida, and Joe (Michelle) Castanon of West Virginia; her “long time love” Frank Ortiz of Columbia; her beloved grandchildren Tristan Watson, Emilia Watson, Hailey Watson, Tony Howarth, Lauri Howarth-Buetel, Maria Aspenleiter, and Anthony Castanon. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Bessie Fultz and her sisters, Louese Perry and Gerry Shuck.
