Thomas Lee Dodson, age 67, passed away on June 12, 2017, at NHC Maury Regional Transitional Care.
Thomas was born May 25, 1950 in Williamson County, TN, the son of the late Aubrey Dodson, Sr., and Mattie Mae Dodson. Through the years, Thomas had worked for several trucking companies. He was a Mason.
Survivors include his children, Tony Terrell of Antioch, Levette Wilson of Columbia, Leslie Forrest of Franklin, Michael Carter of Columbia, Devillas Dodson of Columbia and Lakaii Owens of Columbia; a special granddaughter, Latricia Terrell of Franklin along with a host of other grandchildren, nieces and nephews; 5 sisters, Helen Dodson, Lula Dodson, Annie Dodson, Florence (James) Perkins and Janie Kittrell; 4 brothers, J.B. Dodson, Leonard Dodson, Aubrey Dodson, Jr., and John Henry (Lucille) Dodson and one aunt, Gladys Williams. Thomas is also survived by his devoted friend, Ida Reynolds. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Ann Bradley and Margie Lucille Dobbins and a granddaughter, Briana Terrell.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
