Timothy "Bear" Earl Boyd

Timothy “Bear” Earl Boyd, age 62 of Hohenwald, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday April 23, 2016 at his home.
Tim was born on April 21, 1954 in Orlando, Florida to Henry Ford Boyd and Veronica L. Goodwin. Tim owned and operated Boyd Tractor Service for over twenty-five years in Citrus County Florida. He also worked at Florida Power in Crystal River, Florida as a welder and mechanic for over twenty years. He was a very generous man who loved to hunt and fish. Tim was a very loving father, husband, and grandfather. Most of all, Tim loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Tim is survived by his loving wife Tammy Boyd of Hohenwald, Tennessee; sons Timothy Earl (Tonya) Boyd of Hohenwald, Travis Henry Luke Boyd of Hohenwald, and Tyler Norman Alexander Boyd of Crystal River, Florida; daughter Tiffany Sheree Zay Boyd of Hohenwald; beloved grandchildren Timothy III, Trevor, Trent, Russell Simmons, Kayla Yearwood, Mya Jane Boyd, and River Tyler Boyd; sister Charlene (Paul) Fitzgerald; nineteen nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family members.
Tim was preceded in death by his brother Dennis W. Boyd.
