Regan Bridges was raised in Columbia, Tennessee, and graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School with the Class of 2021. She began her college education at Columbia State Community College before transferring to Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science in August of 2025.

Regan enjoys spending time outdoors whenever she can. Whether it’s relaxing by the river, gathering around a fire, or simply enjoying time with her husband, dog, and close friends, she values making the most of life’s simple moments and the people who mean the most to her.
