Billie Donald Parr

Billie Donald (Don) Parr, age 77, of Pulaski, TN, passed away Christmas morning, December 25, 2020. He had been battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), more commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, for the past several years and was in the final, debilitating stages of the disease.
Don was native to Pulaski, TN, and owned multiple businesses in the area.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Will and Arnita Parr, his sister, Shelby Jean Foster, and his nephew, Donald Wade Burchell. He is survived by his wife, Maria Bernadette Parr of Pulaski, TN, his son, Steven Donald Mathew Parr, wife Amy, of Stuart, FL, his daughter, Shannon Parr Downs, husband Will, of Pulaski, TN, his nephew, Aubrey Todd Burchell, wife DeLon, of Columbia, TN, seven grandchildren, great-nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
The family will have a private ceremony at Wright Cemetery to be followed by a Celebration of Life service later in the year when the current COVID-19 health concerns have abated.
