Bradford Dean Collins

March 14, 1977 — April 2, 2019

On Tuesday, April 2, 2019, Dean Collins, loving widower and father of 4, went to be with his wife, Lisa and our Lord and Savior.

Dean was born on March 14, 1977, in Nashville, Tennessee to Royce Collins and Michelle Alderman Anderton. Dean had four children, 2 sons and 2 daughters, Driston 20, Trinity 13, Gavin 12, and Becca 11.

Growing up Dean loved to play sports. He swam competitively while living in Saudi Arabia and won ribbon after ribbon. After moving back to the states, Dean played every sport he could, including baseball, basketball and soccer. He practiced his WWF wrestling moves on his sister, Shelley, as a pastime. In his early 20’s, Dean moved to Columbia, Tennessee, where he met and married his wife, Lisa Schleicher several years later. Dean enjoyed the quiet life in the country and loved being outdoors. He had a passion for hunting, fishing and 4-wheeling with friends. For the last few years, he worked, doing heating and air installation and repair, for Faulkner Heating and Air. Dean was well known for his shy, but extremely compassionate spirit.

Dean was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa.

He is survived by: his four children: Driston Collins, Trinity Morrell, Gavin Wright, and Becca Collins; his father Royce (Beth) Collins; mother: Michelle (Andy) Anderton; sister: Shelley; and niece: Cori.

Funeral services for Dean will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Dawson officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 4, also at the funeral home.
