Bruce Lee Baxter

Bruce Lee Baxter, age 40, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Bruce was born April 5, 1981 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

Bruce had many wonderful qualities but most of all he was a dedicated father to his son. Bruce was not just a wonderful father, he was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was the sort of person that was truly patient and kind. He was someone that could enjoy the moment and wasn’t afraid to laugh and have fun, it was infectious and Bruce was a joy to be around. He worked as a Chemical Technician for over 20 years at Hughes Parker Industries. He also volunteered for a while as a youth pastor and his students loved him. Bruce was of the Christian Baptist faith. He enjoyed going fishing, watching wrestling, and music. He traveled to many music festivals such as Bonaroo. He is loved deeply and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

Bruce is survived by his son, mother and father, 3 sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service for Bruce will be held at a later date.
