Cara Mcconnell

Cara Smalley McConnell passed away on April 27, 2022, in Centerville, Tennessee. Born on January 7, 1980, to Wayne Harrison Smalley and Lana Plummer Workman, she was raised in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee, and graduated from Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee High School in 1998.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday, May 2, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. The funeral service is scheduled for May 3, 2022, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Gary Wedgewood officiating. Cara will be laid to rest at Polk Memorial Gardens following the service.

Pallbearers include Chad, Cam, and Cole Smalley, Bryant Workman, and Rick and Hayden Plummer.

Cara is preceded in death by her grandparents H.M. and Barbara Smalley and Robert and Eunice Plummer.

She is survived by her children: Harley and Roger "Buddy" Gilliam; parents: Wayne and Annie Smalley and David and Lana Workman; brothers: Chad (Christie Barnes) Smalley, Cam (Amy) Smalley, and Bryant (Kimberly) Workman, and sister: Amanda (Jon) Roberts.
