Chloeen Perisi, age 83, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, March 10, 2022, at NHC in Columbia, Tennessee.
Chloe was born on September 15, 1938, to Anna Lucille Pollard and Joseph David Polcik in Flint, Michigan.
Chloe enjoyed reading, bird watching, volunteering, and happy hour with her friends and neighbors. She also enjoyed her precious kitty cat, Lucky. Chloe was a proud member of the Moose Lodge and Eagles. She graduated high school in 1957 from Montrose, Michigan, and proceeded to acquire her two-year degree as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. After retiring from the medical field, she went on to get her real estate license and EMT (Emergency Med Tech). She was united in marriage to Galvin Perisi in 1984, who preceded her in death in 2015.
Chloe is survived by her dedicated children: Mitch Grace (Annie), Joni Zinser (Mark), Jackie Grace, Anna Palmquist (Matt Marcella); step children: Dino Perisi and Dana Perisi; grandchildren: Nichole Grace (George), Jason Emmendorfer (Megan), Matthew Grace (Sarah), Jenna Janssen (Timothy), Katelyn Glover (Gentry), and Jessica Dalehite; 6 great-grandchildren.
Chloe is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Galvin Perisi; and siblings: Joanne Yeaster and David Polcik.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
