Commie L. Jackson

Commie Lynn Jackson, age 70, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee. Commie was born in Frakes, Kentucky February 8, 1951 to the late Jim and Gladys Jackson.

Commie was a person that held value in the simple things in life. The greatest of those things being his family, friends, and Kentucky Basketball. Commie was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He showed his love through his caring nature and quality time. Commie is loved and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

Commie is survived by his loving wife: Doris Jackson; children: Dorina Jackson, Zachary Jackson; step son: Joshua (Carey) Coffee; grandchildren: Emilynn Jackson, Angelina Jackson; step grandchildren: Sophia and Alivia Coffee; brothers: James Jackson and Barry Jackson; and sister: Phyllis Heath. Commie was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Fred and Bill Jackson; and sister: Soundra Wilson.

Commie was laid to rest Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Polk Memorial Gardens.
