Council H. Graham, age 68, passed away on Saturday, February 02, 2019 at his residence in Culleoka.

Council was born on January 25, 1951 in Lumberton, North Carolina to Daniel H. Graham and Rosa Deese Graham.

The family will visit with friends and family on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Tony Curtis officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Council is survived by his children Melissa (James) Runions and Michael Graham; grandchildren Phillip Runions, Michael Bolton Jr., Justice Bolton, Olivia Hendricks, Mikenzie Graham, Dakota Bolton, Kamryn Graham, and Hunter Runions; and great-grandchildren Brynlee White and Bentley Moore; and siblings Healy Chavis, Hazel Oxendine, Doris Locklear, James Graham, and Thomas Graham.

Council was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Rosa Graham; children John Graham, David Graham, Kimberly Graham, Michelle Graham, and Walter Graham; and brother Guy W. Graham.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Runions, Michael Bolton Jr., Justice Bolton, Mikenzie Graham, Dakota Bolton, and Hunter Runions.

Honorary Pallbearers are Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care and Alvin Sweeney.
