Daniel Morency, age 73, of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at his residence.
Daniel was born on July 10, 1945, in Washington State, to Richard and Virginia Morency. He married Donna Jolley Morency on March 2, 1984. He worked as a pit boss at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Daniel was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid golfer, who loved Mt. Pleasant Country Club and all his friends there.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife: Donna Morency; children: Dan (Marti) Morency, Jr., Raenita (Scott) Weir, Richard (Michelle) Morency, Jennifer (Ashley) Rees, and Wyatt (Andi) Morency; 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren combined; sister: Anita Werger; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Richard Morency and Virginia Morency.
The family will celebrate Daniel’s life with a private memorial service, at a later date.
