Deanna Kay Carper, age 72, of Santa Fe, passed away on Thursday, August 9, at her residence.
Deanna was born August 6, 1946 in Genesee, Michigan, the daughter of the late Lyle R. Dreasky and Rosabelle Irvine Dreasky. She was the wife of Gary Carper of Santa Fe. Deanna had worked in the retail business, most recently for JoAnn’s Fabrics and Target. She was of the Episcopal faith.
Survivors in addition to Gary, include her children, Dustin (Jessica Nolen-Carper) Carper of Nashville and Fawn Reneé of Oregon; one grandson, Allen Carper of Nashville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Dreasky.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
