Dulcy Ann Keefe

January 1, 1930 — June 10, 2019

Dulcy Ann Keefe, age 89, passed away June 10, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Dulcy was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 1, 1930 to Thomas Digby and Geraldine McCarthy Digby. She grew up in Detroit, Michigan, later moving down south to Columbia, Tennessee. Dancing & music were a big part of her life from Peter Paul & Mary to George Strait. Shopping, cooking, reading, and crossword puzzles in PEN, were a daily event. Her fashion sense and love for shoes would put Imelda Marcos to shame. Driving her convertibles & floating in her pool with a glass of wine were her favorite pastimes. No one will ever forget her many infectious laughs. There wasn’t a moment in her life where she didn’t exude confidence, class and grace. The love she had for her children will forever be a part of their heart & souls. We love you Mommy.

She is survived by daughters: Tina (Rick) Kah from Kingsville, Ontario, Liz MacGillis from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Tracy Grigsby from Columbia, Tennessee; son: Patrick Keefe from Hendersonville, Tennessee; and daughter: Shannon Keefe from Chicago, Illinois; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 5 step-children and her beloved, Clooney. She was preceded in death by husbands: Richard Doetsch and Raymond Keefe; parents and sister: Joan Lynn.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Rebel Bar & Grill on Riverside Drive in Columbia on Thursday June 13, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

The family will also celebrate Dulcy's life in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Please contact the family for details.
