Jeff’s favorite role in his life was being “Pops” to his grandchildren who loved him dearly. He also enjoyed playing golf and hunting with his son, Zach, and his friends. Jeff enjoyed sports, and at one time, spent many hours umpiring youth baseball and running the clock for high school football.

He is survived by the love of his life and devoted wife of 34 years, Tammie Sisk; children, Daryn (Jason) Cobb and Zachary (Britnee) Sisk; grandchildren, Emelyn Cobb and Weston, Whitton, and soon-to-arrive Wynn Sisk; sister, Debbie (Tim) Vincent; several aunts and uncles; several nieces & nephews; and several cousins.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Richard Miller and all of the other doctors and nurses in the Trauma Unit and Burn ICU, as well as Palliative Care Team Nurses, Jeanine and Carrie, and Nurse Practitioners, Jill and Molly, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
