Larry F. Skinner, age 78, passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center on Friday, March 22, 2019.
Larry was born on May 18, 1940 to Harvey M. and Albe Pierce Skinner, in Muncie, Indiana. He served honorably in the U. S. Navy. Larry was a retired from Mobile Chemical, working as a chemical technician for a company who manufactured crop chemicals. He had recently found love again, and married Nancy J. Boshers Skinner approximately six months ago.
He is survived by his loving wife: Nancy Skinner of Mt. Pleasant; children: Jeff Skinner of Summertown, Laura (Ian) Daniels of Summertown, and Amanda (Tony) Nieves of Fernandina Beach, FL; grandchildren: Devin Daniels, Ethan Daniels, Lexi Nieves, Antonio Nieves, and Asher Nieves; great-grandchildren: Mackynzie Niehaus and Payton Niehaus; brothers: Gene (Helen) Skinner, Neil (Elaine) Skinner, and Douglas (Kathy) Skinner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson: Timothy McMullin, Jr.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate Larry's life will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, TN with Bro. Larry Spears officiating.
