Marie Felicia Guarente, age 98, of Summertown, Tennessee passed away on
October 9, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving
family.
Felicia was born on October 6, 1920 in Paternapoli, Italy to the late Joseph and Rosa Vecchio. She came to the United States at age two where she resided with her family in Chester, Pennsylvania. On May 4, 1941 she married the late Joseph A. Guarente. She was a seamstress for 38 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Church in Milmont Park, Pennsylvania and a charter member of Knights of Columbus Peace Council Ladies Auxillary and a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and Unite. Her hobbies included: bowling, baking, gardening, knitting and enjoying her family and friends.
Felicia had two daughters, Rose Marie Cross and Barbara Jefferson.
Rose Marie preceded her in death. Felicia had 6 grandchildren, 7 great
grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee with Deacon Price Keller
officiating.
