Myrtle L. Allen Johnson

Mrs. Myrtle L. Allen Johnson, 92, a resident of Thomas Circle in Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, December 7, 2003 at Columbia Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services for Mrs. Johnson will be conducted Tuesday December 9, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Ed Brown and Rev. Ezel Rose officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Will and Josephine Boshers Allen and wife of the late James Earl Johnson. She was a homemaker and mother and a member of the Allensville Baptist Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Norma Leon Henson, Sarah Claude Luckett, Josephine Larry W. Henson and Sue David Clayton, all of Mt. Pleasant; two sons, Bill Vivian Johnson and Bubba Hope Johnson, both of Mt. Pleasant; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Mickey Wray Luckett and six brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers will be Scotty Henson, Jason Russell, Jimmy Johnson, Allen Johnson, Patrick Johnson and Robby McKennon. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Columbia Care and Rehabilitation Center
and a dear friend, Carla
