Patsy A. Payne, 76, of Columbia, Tennessee passed away on November 25, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Patsy was born in Maury County on June 22, 1943 to the late Henry Alvin Kelly and Annie Lona Workman Kelley. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her sister: Peggy Nichols of Columbia, Tennessee; a brother: Henry Kelley, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Wayne Kelley, Pat Aymond, Ray Kelley, Billy Joe Kelley, and Sally Kelley.
There will be a graveside service at Arlington Cemetery in Mt Pleasant, Tennessee on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
