She was the mother of five children: Debbie, Kathy, Sheila, Doug, and Dawn.
She was one of a kind, loving, and set in her own way. She loved raising flowers and tending to her yard.
Ms. Philis was laid to rest in the Garden of Mark at Polk Memorial Gardens.
