Phyllis Karen Vick

Phyllis Holt Vick of Columbia passed away on December 4, 2020, at Life Care Center of Columbia following a brief illness.

A private graveside service was held at Polk Memorial Gardens.

Ms. Vick was a native of Maury County. She also lived several years in Boston, Mass. Ms. Vick attended Central High school and later went on to become an LPN. She worked in the medical field for around 40 years. She worked in Physical Therapy at Maury Regional Medical Center for 7 years at Heritage Nursing Home for 10 years.

Ms. Vick enjoyed spending her time with her only granddaughter, camping, dancing, music, and cooking. She was preceded in death by her only child, Robert "Rob" Woody in 1995. She was the daughter of Frances Marie Jones and Ted B. Holt.

Phyllis is survived by her granddaughter: Tiffany Woody of Columbia; sister: Sandra Trammell of Lawrenceburg; great-grandson: Boston Griggs niece: Tammy Holt of Lawrenceburg; nephew: Cody Trammell of Lawrenceburg; great-nephews: Zachary Meade of Lawrenceburg, Ethan and Rahlyn Trammell of Baytown, TX.
