Reba Louise Mcknight

Reba Louise McKnight, age 88, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 27, 2022, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

Reba was born on March 18, 1934, to the late Emett and Tina Faulkner in Ethridge, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, Reba is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alvin F. McKnight and her son Jerry Glen Durham.

Reba spent most of her life, working tirelessly as a housekeeper. Reba was an active member of the Church of God in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Reba was strong spiritually for Christ. She was known for being an amazing friend, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time in her yard, gardening, and landscaping. She also enjoyed going to yard sales and going to the Goodwill. She had an infectious personality and always made those around her smile and laugh. Her famous words were “Oh, Okay Hun” even if she didn’t agree with you.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kay Durham and Sandra Owen (Sammy); 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, and 5 living siblings.

A Celebration of Life for Reba will be held at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, TN on Friday, September 16, 2022, at 4:00 PM, with one hour of visitation prior. Family and friends are invited to follow the family to Lawrence County Memorial Gardens after the memorial services for the burial of Reba’s cremains.
