Reginald Branham

Reginald Branham, 90, passed away on May 21, 2021, at his home in Culleoka, TN, surrounded by his family. He was born on July 6, 1930, in Pound, VA, firstborn to the late Delmar and Marie Warrick Branham.

Reg grew up in Pound and graduated from Christopher Gist High School. Following high school, he enlisted in the US Army, serving for two years. Reg married Winifred (Winnie) E. Mullins of Pound, VA, and they were happily married for almost 68 years. They moved to the Cleveland, OH area where Reg began his career with General Motors at the Parma Plant. After working 37 years at that plant, he retired as a Machine Repair Machinist. Reg was a charter member of North Eaton Baptist Church, Grafton, OH where he served as Deacon, Trustee, Treasurer, Sunday School teacher, choir member, and many other areas of service. In 2004, Reg & Winnie moved to Culleoka, TN to be closer to family. He was a former member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church (Columbia) and a member of Mooresville Baptist Church, Lewisburg, TN. Reg enjoyed working on automobiles and small engines and was a talented carpenter and handyman, who could "fix" just about anything. He also loved to fish and catch walleye on Lake Erie, as well as cultivate beautiful and bountiful vegetable gardens every summer. Reg lived a life of giving to others and always helping those in need.
Reg was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, John & Samuel Branham.

He is survived by his wife, Winnie, of Culleoka, TN; his children: Paula (John) Zimmer of Columbia, TN; Gregory (Annette) Branham of Sullivan, OH; Julie (Robert) Davis of Estill Springs, TN; Sisters: Shirley Deheck of NC, Nelva Hall of VA, and Linda (Marvin) Shultz of CA; Grandchildren: Julie E. (Travis) Bennett, J. Drew (Jill) Zimmer, Jeremy (Terry) Zimmer, Jason (Jenn) Branham, Cody (Lyndsey) Branham, Casey (Tiffany) Branham, Erin (Dustin) Sheppard, Kaylyn (Joshua) McClarren, & Hannah (Nathan) Pierson; 16 great-grandchildren: Tyler & Preston Bennett, Addie & Ellie Zimmer; Sadie & Cooper Branham, Caiden, Madelyn, & Connor Branham; Hunter & Jake Sheppard, Sawyer & Savannah McClarren; Henry, Owen, & Davis "Reggie" Pierson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, 2712 Trotwood Ave., Columbia, TN on Sunday, May 23, 2021, at 4 pm. The family will greet friends and relatives prior to the service from 2-4 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Building Fund at Mooresville Baptist Church, 1030 Bryant Cemetery Rd, Lewisburg, TN 38451, or the Benevolence Fund at Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, 2712 Trotwood Ave., Columbia, TN.
