Rhonda Gail Murphy passed away at her home in Mt Pleasant, Tennessee.

Rhonda was born on July 31, 1966 to David Barker and Carolyn Faye Vick Barker. She was dearly loved by her family and was known for her fabulous cooking. She made the most delicious food and enjoyed feeding her family. She loved nature and dogs, especially her English Bulldog, Brutus. She grew up going to yard sales with her father and acquired an obsession with cake plates and bells. She also enjoyed golfing, tending to her garden, and watching it grow.

Rhonda is survived by her loving daughter: Kelsey Davis; mother: Carolyn Barker; brother: Tim (Paula) Barker; special aunt: Beverly whom was always there and loved dearly by Rhonda; step-mother: Betty Barker; step-sister: Janet (Jeff) Smith; step-brother: Terry Covett; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father David Barker.

A Celebration of Life service for Rhonda will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at New Lasea Church of Christ in Columbia with Wendell Jump officiating. The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 3:00 p.m. until time for the service at 6:00 p.m. Rhonda will be inurned at a later date in the Mausoleum at Polk Memorial Gardens.
