Shirley Mae Chapman

Shirley Mae (Nichols) Chapman, 56, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, died Friday, February 19, 2021, at her residence. Mrs. Chapman was a native of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee, and daughter of the late Loyd Clayton Eddie of Summertown and Latrisha "Pat" Horton of Lynchburg and mother to son Dewayne Eddie Nichols of Mt. Pleasant.

She was last employed at ICP Corporation Heating and Cooling in Lewisburg. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Estill Springs. She enjoyed being around family, boating, and water skiing, She never met a stranger.

She is survived by her son: Larry Neal Nichols Jr. of Mt. Pleasant; two sisters: Sandy Kay Cornelison of Shelbyville and Sherri Lynn Fox of Lynchburg; ex-husband: Larry Neal Nichols of Mt. Pleasant; six nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant on February 27, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. with Jeff Rasnick officiating. A visitation will be held prior from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Burial will be Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, TN.

In lieu of flowers, a benefit account has been set up at First Comunity Bank in Lynchburg, in Shirley's memory.
