Sylvia J. Vorlicky, age 90, passed away on August 18, 2021, at Poplar Estates in Columbia, TN. She was born in Chicago to the late George and Helen Jelinek. Sylvia was a loving caring woman who loved her family dearly. Sylvia is preceded in death by her husband: Vernon Vorlicky; son-in-law: Thomas Zank; brother: Donald Jelinek; granddaughter: Amber Vorlicky. She is survived by her daughter: Sheryl Zank; son: Robert Vorlicky; grandchildren: Bryan (Christy) Zank, Katie (Andrew) Pangle both of Columbia TN, Robbie Vorlicky of Florida; great-grandchildren: Jesse, Krislynn, and Karsynn Pangle, and Henslee Zank; sister and brother-in-law: Shirley and Wish Kucik of Chicago; and nieces and nephews.
