Troy Jerome Potts, 55, passed away on June 17, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Troy was born in Maury County on August 19, 1963 to Patricia Clark Anderson and the late William Raymond Potts. He and his wife, Elisa Lynn Nichols Potts were married for 34 wonderful years. Troy was known as a kind-hearted man who loved his children and grandchildren very much. He was soft spoken and well liked by all who knew him. He was a faithful member of Mt Pleasant Church of God.
He is survived by his wife: Elisa Potts; children: Crystal Rae Potts and Troy Layne Potts; grandchildren: Jamal E. Jones, Jason Darnell Potts, Justice Layne Potts, John Marcus Potts and Laura Raelynn Potts; mother: Patricia Anderson; and sisters: Fonda Gay Potts (Jeff Wright) and Kimberly (Brent) Eaton. He is preceded in death by his father.
Services will he held at Mt Pleasant Church of God on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM with Bro Tony Curtis officiating. There will be a private burial at Potts Cemetery at a later date.
Honorary Pallbearers are members of Mt Pleasant Church of God.
