Albert Karolchik, age 82, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in Hampshire, Tennessee. He was born on February 23, 1944, in Kingston to the late Al and Dorothy Karolchik.

Albert was a man who truly enjoyed the outdoors and the simple joys of life. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who cherished the peace found in nature and the memories made along the way. Whether casting a line or spending time in the woods, those moments brought him great happiness throughout his life.

Above all, Albert loved his family dearly and treasured the time he spent with them. His presence, wisdom, and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jo Ann Karolchik; son, Brian (Selene) Karolchik of Harvey’s Lake, Pennsylvania; daughter, Stacey (Mike) Books of Rockwall, Texas; grandchildren, Cristin (Matt) Cruz and Jordan (Kelsie) Books; and great-grandchildren, Cameron and Madison Cruz.

Albert is reunited in peace with his parents, Al and Dorothy Karolchik.
