Albert Leslie Traister, Jr.

Mr. Albert Leslie "Joe" Traister, Jr., 58, formerly of south Florida, died Friday, April 19, 2002 at his residence on Rock Springs Cemetery Road.
A memorial service for Mr. Traister will be conducted Sunday, April 21, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rock Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Dwain Brown officiating.
Williams Columbia Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Detroit, Michigan native was the son of the late Albert L. and Eleanor Snover Traister. He was the husband of Paula Hamm Traister of Columbia. He was retired manager of the Miami Herald in Miami, Florida and farmer. He was baptized at St. John's Lutheran Church in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 sons, Christopher Traister of Columbia, TN, Joseph Mikel Ann Traister of North Lauderdale, Florida, and Lance Traister of Margate, FL; 3 sisters, Ida Baker and Mary Webb of Sunrise, FL, Lettie Hal Terry of Williamsport, PA; 6 nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Traister of Williamsport, PA.
Joe was a loving husband and father, a kind and gentle neighbor and friend who will be missed by all.
