Mrs. Alberta Riggott Stella, age 77, a resident of Hayes Denton Road in Columbia and formerly of Connecticut, passed away Firday, November 3 at Maury regional Hospital.
A memorial Mass for Mrs. Stella will be conducted 5:30 pm Saturday, November 18, 2006 at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Davis officiating. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Steven and Mary Juinhtis Riggott and the widow of the late Vincent Stella. She was a seamstress/dress designer, loved to be outside in the fresh air and sun, play bingo, a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Connecticut and attended St. Catherine Catholic Church in Columbia.
She is survived by a daughter, Joan Alfred Danorovich of Columbia; a grandson, Mark A. Jenny Danorovich of Columbia; two great grandchildren, Kyndall LeeAnn Danorovich and Katie Langley Danorovich, both of Columbia; a brother, Stephen Riggott, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL. She was preceded in death by Eleanor Wooding and a brother, Arnold Riggott
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Catherine Catholic Church.
