Anna Sliwinski passed away on September 30, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Anna was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on December 26, 1984 to Donnie & Rita Wood of Pulaski, Tennessee. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children: Kyle Dolberry, Tyler Sliwinski and Hayden Sliwinski; brothers: Donnie Wood, Jr. and Shane Wood; sisters: Melissa Aluta, Teresa Travis and Iris Irwin.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
