Carl Edward Doub, age 63, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Summertown, Tennessee on April 8, 2026. He was born on March 19, 1963, to Willie Carl and Mary Elizabeth Doub. He leaves behind broken hearts to cherish his memory.
Carl was a gentleman with a kind and loving heart willing to help anyone he could. Carl loved his family with all his heart. He enjoyed being outdoors, riding motorcycles and fishing. Carl was employed by Smelter Service Corporation, where he spoke fondly of his “work buddies.”
Carl was preceded in death by his first spouse and mother of his children, Kimberly Head Doub, his parents Willie and Mary Doub, his brothers Donald Wayne Doub, James (Jimmy) Doub and his sister-in-law Mittnee Doub.
Carl is survived by his wife Donna Nolan Doub; his children Khiana (Tiff Thacker) Doub, Connor (Mykela) Doub, Khinzley (Matt White) Doub and John (Alissa) Nolan, his grandchildren Kainen White, Jensen Doub, Haley Nolan, Alivia Hollinsworth and Ella Nolan. His brother David (Jean) Doub, his sister-in-law Rita (Tom) Hughes, and many nieces and nephews. Also, his beloved fur baby “Pebbles”.
Carl loved listening to country music and dancing with his wife, even if it was just in their living room. He enjoyed going out to eat and had even “learned” to like Mexican food, which was his wife’s favorite. He loved going to the rodeos that Thousand Hills Cowboy Church sponsored. He took special pleasure in his grandchildren and even though they are all grown, he was so very proud of his children and loved them deeply.
Carl was of the Christian faith and attended Thousand Hills Cowboy Church.
In lieu of flowers, please make all memorials to Maury County Animal & Critter Calvary Rescue.
