Darrell Glenn Belvin, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Darrell was born on January 17, 1954, to the late Garland and Lovena “Bale” Belvin, in Sweetwater, Texas.
Darrell served his country with pride for many years in the Army National Guard. He spent many years as a Mechanical Engineer for the Guard. He was also a skilled tinker. Anything he could get his hands to mess with, he would. He also enjoyed fixing what he could. Darrell also enjoyed fishing very much. In the past few years, he also enjoyed using his CB radio. Of all the things he loved and enjoyed, what he loved the most was his dedicated wife, Cathy.
Darrell will be missed by all who knew him.
Darrell is preceded in death by his parents; and brother: Nathan Belvin.
Darrell leaves his legacy behind in his wife of 38 years: Cathy Belvin; children: Cory Belvin, David Allen, and Tina Allen; 6 grandchildren; 4 greatgrandchildren; sister-in-law: Daphne Belvin; and nieces: Suzette Williams and Kimberly Yates.
