David Woody, age 64, went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 5, 2022. He was born on December 26, 1957, to his loving parents Wallace Woody and Frances and James Hanback in Columbia, TN.
David was better known as “Woody” to everyone he knew. He and his wife, Sheila, owned and operated a daycare in their home for 31 years. The love he had for his kids, grandkids, and his daycare kids was abundant. Woody enjoyed many activities outdoors, horseback riding, camping, and his new love, rzr riding. Horses were his favorite and spent many times on trails with family and friends. He loved all things with Mule Day and has helped with the park for many years. But most of all, Woody was a good man all around, he loved Jesus and would help anyone and everyone without hesitation.
