Gayle Fogg

Glenda Gayle Fogg passed away on December 6th after a short illness.

Gayle was born in Columbia, Tennessee on January 9, 1940, to Joe and Earlene Parsons. She graduated from Columbia Central High School in 1958 where she was a standout basketball player. She married her high school sweetheart, Jimmy Fogg, in 1961. She was a faithful member of Highland Park Baptist Church since 1953. She and Jimmy were avid baseball fans and would travel the country attending major league games and spring training. Gayle was an excellent cook, seamstress, and an avid reader.

Burial will be held in a private service at Polk Memorial Gardens.

Gayle is survived by her son Chris (Terri) Fogg; grandsons: Brandon (Jerrica) Russell and Jamey (Cayce) Russell; greatgranchildren: Carson, Charlotte, Caroline, Brady, Tyler Claire.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Jimmy; son: Neal Patrick Fogg, and her parents: Joe and Earlene Parsons.

Pallbearers will be Jamey Russell, Carson Russell, Scott Arnold, Guy Fogg, David Carpenter, and Chris Fogg.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mr. and Mrs. Math Russell.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Highland Park Baptist Church in Columbia.
