Geneve Miller Tice, 88, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Maury Regional Hospital. Arrangements by Williams Funeral Home.

Geneve was born June 13, 1938 in Cherokee County, NC.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and gardener.

Geneve is survived by two daughters- Cherie Strickland ( Scott) and Jane Emerson (Ronnie) ; grandchildren- Rachelle Kington (Steven), Morgan Shaw (Daniel), Kennedy Emerson; great grandchildren- Lawrence James Shaw and Betty Louise Shaw - and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents - Elmer and Lura Miller, husband , LJ Tice; five brothers - Austin, Fred, Larry, Gary and Tony Miller, 2 sisters- Jean Luna and Faye Humphries.
