Greg Hensley, 57, of Hampshire, Tennessee, passed away on September 25, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Greg was born on March 24, 1969, in Hohenwald, Tennessee, to Charles and Elizabeth Hensley. He was a hardworking and strong man who loved his family immensely. Greg was incredibly proud of his children and treasured every opportunity he had to spend time with his grandchildren. Fridays during summertime were especially meaningful to him, as he loved going fishing with his grandsons, Knox and Broc. He also cherished taking his granddaughter, Josie, to school and the special bond they shared together.

For 33 years, Greg was married to the love of his life, Robin. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with family, friendship, and countless memories. Some of Greg's favorite quiet moments were spent alongside Robin watching the hummingbirds. Their life together was one he deeply treasured.

Greg enjoyed fishing, cooking, and making low country boils for those he loved. An animal lover with a strong personality and a sassy sense of humor, Greg had a way of making his presence known. He valued his friendships deeply, including the many friendships he made through his work. Greg was a wonderful friend to many and was fortunate to have wonderful friends who cared just as deeply for him.

Above all, Greg loved his family. His wife, children, grandchildren, parents, and brothers held a special place in his heart, and the life he built with them was one of his greatest sources of pride.

Greg is lovingly remembered by his wife, Robin Hensley; children, Jessica Moore, Kendall (Neylan) Roberts, and Christopher Oswald; grandchildren, Josie Moore, Knox Roberts, and Broc Roberts; his parents, Charles and Elizabeth Hensley; and siblings, Michael Hensley (Trenna) and Andrew Hensley.

A celebration of life for Greg will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Parkway Baptist Church with Mike Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Parkway Baptist Church.
