Mr. Jack William Heil, 74, resident of Franklin and former resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, March 1 at his home.
Born September 16, 1937 in Binhampton, NY, son of the late William and Marion Youngs Heil. He was a retired E-6 with the US Navy, serving in Vietnam.
At his request, Mr. Heil is to be cremated and scattered in the Atlantic Ocean from a US Naval vessel.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is arranging all services.
