Summertown

Jason Weaver, age 41, of Summertown, Tennessee, passed away on November 1, 2025, at Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital in Lawrenceburg.

He was born on July 21, 1984, in Columbia, Tennessee, to Dwayne Weaver and Carolyn Smith. Jason was a man who found joy in the simple things—spending time with his family, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories with those he loved most. He especially enjoyed working alongside his family and taking trips with them, cherishing every moment they spent together.

Jason touched countless lives through his kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith. He loved the Lord deeply and found great purpose in spreading the word of God, sharing His love with everyone he met. His unconditional love and bright spirit will be missed by all who knew him.

A devoted sports fan, Jason proudly cheered for the Tennessee Volunteers and the Tennessee Titans. He also loved to fish, finding peace and happiness in the great outdoors. Known for his thoughtfulness, Jason made it a point to send everyone a birthday card, a small gesture that reflected his big heart and genuine care for others.

He is survived by his parents: Dwayne (Beverly) Weaver and Carolyn (Charles) Ring; siblings: Tony Long, Tonya (Josh) Lance, Jimmy (Chelsie) Hobbs, Krystal (Daniel) Bradford, Jared (Jennifer) Ring, and Tina (Johnny) McGaw; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.

Jason is reunited in Heaven with his brother, Kevin Weaver; and his grandparents, Roy and Rebecca Weaver, Frances and Harold Smith, and Ruby and James Davenport.

A service to celebrate Jason’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee, with Phillip Patton officiating.
