Obituary

Jeffrey Forrest Armstrong, age 40, passed away on June 14, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona, leaving behind a legacy of quiet courage, unwavering kindness, and a heart devoted to serving others.

Born to Daniel and Beverly Armstrong, Jeffrey was a beloved son, a devoted husband, a loving father, a cherished brother, and a faithful friend. To know Jeffrey was to love him. He possessed a gentle spirit that brought peace to those around him, paired with a quiet strength that inspired everyone fortunate enough to walk beside him.

Life presented Jeffrey with extraordinary challenges from an early age. Beginning at just 16 years old, he faced ongoing health issues that would have discouraged many. Yet, he refused to allow those struggles to define him. Instead, he greeted each new day with remarkable grace, resilience, and a grateful heart. His optimism was not born from an easy life, but from a courageous spirit that chose hope, compassion, and faith in every circumstance.

Jeffrey found his calling as a chiropractor, where his passion for helping others became more than a profession; it became his life's purpose. He genuinely cared for each person he encountered and was always searching for ways to ease another's burden, offer encouragement, or lend a helping hand. His compassion reached far beyond the walls of his practice, touching countless lives through simple acts of kindness and genuine concern for others.

Above all else, Jeffrey treasured his family. His greatest joy was found in the life he shared with his beloved wife of 14 years, Laura, and in the precious moments spent with their children. Ethan, Aubri, Olive, and Isaac were the light of his life, and he loved them with a steady, selfless devotion that will continue to guide them for years to come.

Though his time on earth was far too short, Jeffrey's life was beautifully full. He leaves behind countless memories of quiet conversations, reassuring smiles, compassionate care, and the unwavering example of a man who met life's greatest challenges with dignity and grace. His influence lives on in the hearts of those he loved and in the many lives he helped along the way.

Jeffrey's memory will forever be cherished by his loving wife, Laura Armstrong; his children, Ethan, Aubri, Olive, and Isaac; his parents, Daniel and Beverly Armstrong; his siblings, Bradley (Leah Armstrong-Gum) Armstrong, David (Sarah Armstrong-Montgomery) Armstrong, and Ellen (Sachi) Gundrania; along with several beloved extended family members and dear friends.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with one hour of visitation prior at the Church of Nativity in Spring Hill, Tennessee. A visitation will be held the night prior, Monday, July 6, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a Rosary beginning at 5:00 PM.
