John Thomas Piascik, age 74, of Columbia, TN, (formerly of Strongsville, OH) passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 25, 2019.
He was born February 18, 1945, in Cleveland, OH, son of the late John Sr. and Angela “Jerry” (nee Amato) Piascik. John enjoyed his Saturday afternoon card games, visiting with family and falling asleep in front of the TV. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He will be greatly missed.
Devoted husband of Linda Piascik (nee Leposa); cherished father of Laurie (Rich) Piascik Burrell, David Piascik, and Jeff (Terri) Piascik; beloved grandfather of Madelyn Piascik; loving brother of Joan (Joe) Krakora and Dr. Michael (Dr. Peggy) Piascik.
Memorial service will take place Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at 2 PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, OH 44070. He will be laid to rest at a later date in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
