Josh Lane Yokley

November 14, 1983 — September 30, 2023

Pulaski

Josh Lane Yokley was born on November 14, 1983, in Pulaski, TN to his mother Diane George, and his father Troy Ray Yokley. The Lord decided to call Josh home on September 30th, 2023.

He is survived by his son Casen Yokley, mother Diane Shannon, grandmother Elizabeth George Holt, brother Travis Yokley, sister Ashley and Dwight Ward, nieces and nephews Lauryn Young, Katelyn Young, Ally Yokley, Brooklyn Yokley, Brent Kimbrough, Bryce Kimbrough, Joesy Ward, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Josh is preceded in death by his father Troy Ray Yokley, Paw Paw Joe George, nephew Trevin Yokley, and cousin Tommy George.

Josh had kind eyes and could light up any room with his infectious smile. He always knew everything and had a joke to make. Every time you saw him he was sharp dressed with a sun visor on his head and a Sundrop in his hand. He loved his family, especially his mother and son. He was a hard worker and so proud of the house he had spent the last year building for his mother. When he was not working or helping his family he loved to fish, or ride horses.

A memorial gathering will be held for family, friends, and visitors on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM to honor and celebrate the life of Josh.

Josh Lane Yokley will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him. His family loves him and takes comfort in knowing they will one day be reunited.
