Larry Swafford

Larry Swafford, born on August 5, 1944, in Guthrie, Kentucky, to the late William "Jack" N. Swafford and Marie Roberts Swafford, left this world on February 3, 2024.

Larry effortlessly played the guitar, showcasing his musical talent to anyone who could lend an ear. Larry found solace in the open air, whether cruising on his beloved motorcycle or casting a line into the tranquil waters of the lake, savoring the simple pleasures of life. A skilled businessman, Larry had a knack for negotiation, always securing what he wanted with a determined spirit.

Larry is survived by his two children, Larry Stephen Swafford, Jr. and Abby Whitehouse, his sister Sue Carol Tice, niece Janna Oliver, and his loyal furry companion, Babygirl. He is reunited in eternity with his late father, sister Joyce Anderson, and brother Johnny Swafford.

Larry will be laid to rest at Polk Memorial Gardens, where his memory will endure in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
