Lesley Lynn Albu, age 55, passed away on April 28, 2026, at Magnolia Health and Rehab in Columbia, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Brabham and Andrea Albu.

Lesley is survived by his beloved son, Joseph True Albu; his former wife of 11 years, Erin Barger-Albu; his siblings, Sherry (David) Barger and Brenda (James) Gaskins; his niece, Nikki (Austin) Welch; his nephews, James Garbison, Dalton Moore, Michael (Hannah) Barger, Ashley Barger, and Anthony Barger; as well as his great-niece, Ella Barger, and great-nephew, Timothy Barger.

Lesley will be remembered as a loving father and a talented cook who brought comfort and joy to those around him through his meals. He was known for his unique sharp , playful sense of humor, which endeared him to family and friends who might appreciate his wit. He found peace and happiness in simple pleasures, especially fishing and spending time on the water.

In his younger years, Lesley enjoyed building and riding bicycles, a pastime that reflected both his creativity and independence. He had a deep appreciation for music of all genres, always finding a song to match the moment. He also enjoyed playing darts and sharing time with those close to him.

Lesley was, in many ways, a complex man, but at his core, he deeply loved his family, and that love will remain a lasting part of his legacy.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm at the Columbia location of Williams Funeral Home.

He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
