Libby was born February 15, 1939 in Yadkinville, NC.
The family will visit with friends for one-hour Wednesday, June 24 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, TN.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Libby's honor to a charity that matter to you.
